Zoho Invoice add-in for Outlook allows you to view all your invoices in one place within Microsoft Outlook. It shows all your invoices on the Outlook Calendar. You can filter invoices based on status, customer name, date of creation or any other attribute. You can also view invoice details directly from the calendar, by right clicking on it. The integration also allows you to view the Next Payment Due Date of each invoice. You can pay your invoices directly from the calendar with just one click. If you are paying at the end of the day, you can schedule it for payment on that day itself. You can also apply discount, rate or any other pricing rule directly from the calendar without opening the invoice. This saves time as well as reduces errors while applying discounts automatically to the invoices.
With Zoho Invoice for Outlook, you can track your shipments right from your e-mails or invoices. You can track inventory items even if there is no tracking number on them (such as belonging to FBA. All you need to do it select the tracking number on an incoming mail or invoice and click on ‘Track Shipment’ on the Zoho Invoice for Outlook ribbon tab. You can also track shipments by right clicking on any tracked message or shipment under ‘Tracked Messages’ on the Zoho Invoice for Outlook ribbon tab.
