With the integration of Zoho Invoice and Cisco® Webex Meetings, you can schedule meetings online. You can do it directly from the Zoho Invoice portal itself. All you need to do is go to the plus icon in the top right corner of the screen and click on “New Meeting”. Select the date, time, invitees, etc., for your meeting and click “Schedule”. This will send an email invitation to all the attendees. You can even schedule a recurring event by clicking on the calendar icon when scheduling meeting.
Apart from scheduling meetings online, the integration of Zoho Invoice and Cisco® Webex Meetings also allows you to maintain attendance records in both Zoho Invoice and Cisco® Webex Meetings. Zoho Invoice allows you to add attendees automatically by taking in information from your contacts already in your Zoho account. You can also add manual attendees by entering their email addresses. Attendees will be notified about their attendance via email or phone call.
The integration of Zoho Invoice and Cisco® Webex Meetings also allows you to record your meetings for future reference. You can record a meeting by going to Meeting Manager > Attachments > Record Meeting from within your Cisco® Webex Meetings application.
