Zoho Inventory and Toggl are cloud-based software. They provide a complete spution for inventory management and time tracking. Both the software has numerous features that provide benefits to small and large businesses.

Integration of Zoho Inventory and Toggl

Zoho Inventory and Toggl integration is beneficial for both the software. The inclusion of Zoho Inventory in Zoho One, Zoho’s unified cloud platform, has made it easier for the users to manage their inventory and time tracking. Integrating Toggl with Zoho Inventory has also made it easier for the users to track their working hours and send invoices.

Benefits of Integration of Zoho Inventory and Toggl

Zoho Inventory can be integrated with Toggl in 3 different ways. The integrations include:

  • Importing Toggl into Zoho Inventory. The users can import their Toggl entries into Zoho Inventory by exporting them in CSV format and then importing it into Zoho Inventory. This is done using the “Import from CSV” option under “Tracking” in the Settings menu. They can also download the Toggl CSV file from their dashboard and then upload it in Zoho Inventory using the “Import from CSV” option in the Settings menu.
  • Syncing Toggl entries with Zoho Inventory. The users can sync their Toggl entries with Zoho Inventory. For this they need to sign in to Toggl and go to Settings->Integrations->Zoomerang->Enable Sync. Then, they need to open Zoho Inventory, sign in to it using their credentials, go to Settings ->Tracking->Sync Options->Toggl Sync. This will enable the integration between the two services. After enabling the syncing option, the users need to click on “Sync Now!” to sync the entries. This will automatically import all the entries that are pending sync in Toggl to Zoho Inventory.
  • Linking Toggl to Zoho Inventory. The users can link their Toggl account with their Zoho Inventory account so that they can access the metrics about their business in one place. For this they need to sign in to their Toggl account, go to the “Account” section and click on “Link Your Account” under “Zoomerang” option. After that they need to open their Zoho Inventory account, go to Settings ->Tracking->Sync Options->Toggl Sync. Finally, they need to enter their name, email address and password in order to link their Toggl account with their Zoho Inventory account.
