Zoho expense is a web based software developed by a company named Zoho. It is a cloud based application with many features and has been used by many companies for their internal purposes. Zoho expense is a complete spution for all your expense management needs. It integrates with other software such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, etc. In this article I will be talking about integration of Zoho Expense and Arthur Online.

Arthur Online

Arthur Online is an online accounting system which helps automate bookkeeping. It can also be integrated with Zoho Expense to manage your business expenses. Arthur Online offers a great amount of flexibility when it comes to the customization of reports and charts. The reports in Arthur Online are very detailed giving you a clear picture of your financial information. The user interface of Arthur Online is very simple and easy to understand. The software is cloud based and therefore requires no installation or set up procedure. In addition to that, it is very cost efficient when compared to its competitors. Arthur Online is one of the best accounting software available in the market today, and offers great value for money.

Integration of Zoho Expense and Arthur Online

Integration of Zoho Expense and Arthur Online is very simple and easy and can be done using the fplowing steps:

  • First we need to go to the website of Zoho and download Zoho Expense on our computer or device
  • Then we need to install the software on the PC/device which we want to use for managing our expenses
  • Now we can log into our Zoho account and click on the button “Setup”
  • Click on the link named “Integrate with” and then click on “Arthur Online” which will lead us to the Arthur Online setup page
  • On this page we need to enter our username and password and then click on “Next”. If we do not have an account we can create one at this time
  • After we have entered the required information we need to change some settings such as currency format, default currency, etc. After these changes we need to click on “Finish” and then we will be asked to authorize Arthur Online with Zoho Expense. This can be done by clicking on the link that says “Authorize Arthur Online with Zoho Expense” that will take us back to our Zoho Expense dashboard where we will be shown the status of the integration process. Once the integration is complete we can go back to the Arthur Online setup page and see if everything went well. We can also check if the integration is complete by clicking on “My Profile” in the top right hand corner of our dashboard
  • Now that the integration is complete we are ready to import our expenses from Arthur Online into Zoho Expense. For this purpose, go to our dashboard in Zoho Expense where you will find a tab named “Import” in the top right corner of the screen. On this page you will see a button saying “Import Accounts”, click on that button and you will be taken to a list of all your bank accounts in Arthur Online along with their details. We can select either one or multiple accounts depending upon our needs and then click on “Import” to bring them into our Zoho Expense dashboard
  • When we have successfully imported all our accounts into Zoho Expense, it will show us all our bank accounts along with the details of every transaction in each account along with its transaction type, date, amount, etc. We can now view all our transactions in one place without having to search through multiple banks ourselves. We can also export all our data into MS Excel or PDF format if needed
