It is very easy for businesses to integrate Zoho Desk and AWeber. There are two methods that can be used for integration purposes. The first method is the manual method. This method works best for small to medium sized companies. The second method is via Zapier.
It is recommended that you set up your accounts first before starting the integration process.
Step 1. Click on the “Settings” tab located at the top right corner of your Zoho Desk dashboard. Click “Integrations” under Product Settings. Click “Connect to AWeber” button.
Step 2. You will now be directed to AWeber site where you need to login to your account. Click on the “Allow” button to enable Zoho Desk to access to your AWeber account. Click on the “Next” button to proceed to the next step.
Step 3. Click on the “Yes, I have read and agree” button to proceed. Step 4. In this step, you will be required to choose which features from Zoho Desk that will be integrated with AWeber. Select the features that you want to be integrated with AWeber from the drop down menu. Click on the “Save changes” button when you finish making your selection. Step 5. You will now be redirected back to your Zoho Desk dashboard. Wait a few seconds and a message will appear at the top of your screen saying “Integration successful!” Your integration is now complete!
