    This integration can be done by logging into the Zoho CRM account and going to the Administration Conspe under the Setup tab under Integration. Once there, it will be possible to select the desired options. When selecting the option “Messaging”, users will be prompted to provide a name for this integration, as well as an address for TextIn’s servers. A user will also be required to enter a PIN code for security purposes. The next step is deciding what kind of events should trigger text messages being sent out to the selected leads. The final step is deciding which Leads will receive text messages by selecting the appropriate checkboxes. The process is made easier by being able to quickly test out sending a message from the button provided on the page. If a user wants to change any of these settings after initially configuring them, they can simply click the refresh icon located near the top right corner of this page. This will bring up a dialog box that will allow them to make changes without having to leave this screen.

A user simply needs to select the List view or the Card view, then click on the Send email button or hit Enter while they are still in a specific Lead’s Details page. If at any point during this process users want to cancel sending this message, they can just hit Cancel instead of using Send. In addition, if they want to stop sending text messages through Zoho CRM altogether, they can go back to the Administration Conspe in Zoho CRM and uncheck the box next to “TextIn” under Integration Settings, found under Setup. This will then disable TextIn’s ability to send text messages through Zoho CRM without requiring users to uninstall or deactivate anything else.
