In my research, I have come across two particular ERP sputions for small and medium sized businesses, Zoho Connect and Autotask. In this paper, I will discuss the integration of Zoho Connect and Autotask as well as their benefits.

It provides critical business services such as IT asset management (ITAM), service desk management (SDM. and change and release management (CRM. for organizations around the world. Autotask has various functionalities that allow IT organizations to manage IT assets and services more effectively and efficiently. Its key product is Service Desk Automation (SDA.
