Zendesk is a customer service software company headquartered in San Francisco. It provides live chat, email and phone support software to small business and large corporations. Zendesk was founded in 2007 by Mikkel Svane and Alexander Aghassipour. The company received $22 million in venture funding from Benchmark Capital in 2010.
