With IMAP by Connect, WHMCS can easily and securely integrate with your existing IMAP server (IMAP by Connect. The result is that your entire infrastructure is integrated into one UI and can be managed from the WHMCS CP. This integration allows you to:

  • Have all emails from clients forwarded directly into WHMCS.

  • Integrate multiple email accounts into WHMCS:

WHMCS can integrate multiple email accounts into the software, which increases the efficiency of support staff and provides better service to your customers. Email accounts can now be integrated with WHMCS through IMAP by Connect. Now, you have a central place to see emails from all of your customers, sort emails that need attention from those that don't and also send emails on behalf of your customers. This integration allows you to:

  • Forward all emails from clients into WHMCS. This includes all incoming emails from clients including new orders, replies to support requests, invoices, account upgrades, etc.
  • See all emails from clients in one place. Now there is no need to check multiple mail boxes for emails from your customers. As soon as an email comes in, you will receive an instant notification about the new message. You will also be able to see all previous emails in one place!
  • Easily change plans and services while sending email notifications to all customers affected. It's now easy to change your plan prices or add new services while sending notifications to customers who will be affected by these changes. All you have to do is go to Account Settings > Billing and select the affected plans or services and click On/Off notification buttons. Once you are done selecting plans or services, click Apply Changes button at the bottom of the page. This will generate the new email notifications for selected plans or services which will be sent out immediately!
  • Send messages on behalf of your customers. It's now easy to send emails on behalf of a customer without having access to their SMTP server or login credentials. You just need to configure a user in WHMCS and connect it with an email account. Once this is completed, you will be able to send emails on behalf of this user using WHMCS! You can even send emails on behalf of multiple users at once! In addition, you will get instant notification if the email has been delivered or bounced back due to any issues!
  • Receive notification when pd invoices are paid or expired. If your customer's invoice expires, you will receive an instant notification about this issue so you can find out why the invoice has not been paid yet and work on respving this issue as soon as possible! However, we strongly recommend our customers to create custom invoice templates instead of using default templates because they provide a much better layout and make it easier for customers to review their invoices!
