Meghan is a sales representative who has been using Salesmate.io for the past three years to track her sales results. She now has to create an article about Wave and Salesmate.io. The methods I will use to integrate Wave and Salesmate.io are an API, an email integration, and a website integration. An API (Application Programming Interface. is a set of routines, protocps, and tops for building software applications. The API will allow us to integrate Salesmate.io and Wave together. An email integration would allow Wave to send all emails to Salesmate.io automatically without having to go into it and do it manually. A website integration would allow users to login to Salesmate.io and Wave at the same time and integrate them together. The benefits of integrating Wave and Salesmate.io together are that we would not have to worry about duplicating any data because we will be able to see everything from both programs at one time. It would also help reduce the amount of time we spend on our daily tasks because we would not have to log into multiple programs to see what we need to work on next. It would also save us money because we would not have to pay two different companies for two different programs when we can just pay one company for one program that does everything we need it to do.
After discussing an integration between Salesmate.io and Wave, I believe it would be beneficial for Salesmate.io to start working on integrating itself into Wave because we live in an ever-changing business environment and we need to keep up with those changes or risk losing our competitive edge by staying stagnant with our processes. We need to make sure that we stay efficient as a sales organization and not fall behind our competition because now more than ever, fast decision making is required from sales organizations in order to stay ahead of the curve in their respective industries.
