Vtiger CRM is a web based software used for managing customer relationship management. It is an open source platform that provides standard features of CRM, ecommerce, crowdfunding, website building, marketing automation, email marketing, and more. Vtiger CRM is a CRM software built with PHP and mySQL. It has a lot of features such as managing the contact list, email marketing, managing campaigns, tracking events, creating custom workflows, and more. The main goal of this CRM is to maintain the communication with customers and help to build a strong relationship between them.
Wealthbox CRM is a free social CRM application that allows you to create a company profile on it which you can share with your clients. It also comes with a lot of features such as performing automated tasks for communication, scheduling meetings, tracking activities performed by the appointed employee, and more. You can also create a mailing list using Wealthbox CRM.
In this section, I will be discussing how you can integrate Vtiger and Wealthbox CRM into one single system.
Step 1. To do this, first go to Wealthbox CRM and create a company profile. After that, you will be asked to login with your credentials. If you have not created a login yet then you can create one for free. Click on “Create Account” button and you will be redirected to the dashboard page. Click on the “Add new Company” button on the upper right corner of the dashboard page. After that, fill in all the details such as the name of your company, your phone number, your location, and more. Click on “Save” button and you will be redirected to the company profile page. Click on “Manage” button on the upper right corner of the company profile page and click on “Integrations” option on the left side menu bar. Click on the “+ Add integration” button and search for Vtiger CRM in the search box. Click on “Connect” button beside Vtiger CRM after you find it and you will be redirected to the “Connect with Vtiger” page. Click on “Authorize app” button and you will be asked to login again. Login with your Vtiger credentials and click on “Authorize app” button and you will be redirected to the company profile page. Click on “Manage” button on the upper right corner of the company profile page and click on “Integrations” option on the left side menu bar. Click on “+ Add integration” button and search for Wealthbox CRM in the search box. Click on “Connect” button beside Wealthbox CRM after you find it and you will be redirected to the “Connect with Wealthbox” page. Click on “Authorize app” button and you will be asked to login again. Login with your Wealthbox credentials and click on “Authorize app” button and you will be redirected to the company profile page. Once you are at the company profile page, you will see both Wealthbox CRM and Vtiger CRM connected under the integrations option. Now, all leads created using Vtiger are automatically added into Wealthbox CRM as well once they are converted into contacts in Vtiger CRM. Also, all leads created using Wealthbox are automatically added into Vtiger CRM once they are converted into contacts in Wealthbox CRM. It makes it easier for companies to manage their leads. Now, if any company wants to convert leads into contacts in either one of these systems then he/she can use any one of these platforms. Once leads are converted into contacts then they are saved in both systems automatically without any problem. This integration works fine because both Wealthbox CRM and Vtiger CRM are created using PHP/mySQL technpogy stack which is compatible to each other. This integration works great because both systems are open source originally so conversion of data from one system into other is easy compared to proprietary technpogies where data migration is difficult due to lack of support from vendor or vendor lock-in issues. This integration has many benefits such as saving time, cost savings etc. Let me explain some of them below. Time Saving.
