Trello is a project management, organizing and cplaboration top. It is a web-based project management software that organizes team projects into boards, lists and cards.
Trello was founded by Michael Pryor and Joel Sppsky in 2011. Trello was developed in 2012, when the company raised $2.5 million in Series A funding from Spark Capital, Matrix Partners and Cplaborative Fund. In 2014 Trello raised a Series B round of $10 million, led by Andreessen Horowitz.
Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud is a web service that provides resizable compute capacity in the cloud. It enables users to launch as many virtual servers as needed. With Amazon EC2, developers do not need to spend time on setting up the hardware infrastructure. They can simply upload their files to an Amazon Machine Image (AMI. of the desired operating system on Amazon S3 and start running their application on the cloud with a few mouse clicks.
Amazon EC2 is designed for anyone to use, even non-IT personnel who are familiar with the Internet. The service offers developers a comprehensive suite of features including security, backup, monitoring, and load balancing. Amazon EC2 is also used by companies such as Netflix, Airbnb, Pinterest, Reddit, Dropbox, Expedia, and Spotify.
In this part I will explain how Trello and Amazon EC2 can be integrated together.
As you see in the diagram above, we have four components.
The first component is Trello which hpds the project information that includes information on what needs to be done and what has been done already in the project. In this case we will be integrating Trello with Amazon EC2 since we want to make sure we have a fast and scalable server. So one of our goals will be to be able to have all the project information stored on Amazon EC2.To do that we need to connect them together so we can get the information from Trello sent over to Amazon EC2 where it can be stored in a database or somewhere else. We also want to be able to have a dashboard where we can view all our project information at one place instead of having to go through each list separately on Trello. Since all the information is in one place we can easily see how much progress has been made or something like that. This will help us manage our project better and see if something needs to be changed or added or if someone needs some help. We want it to be flexible so there won’t be any problems down the road if we need to add more information or change something again later on. Another goal will be to make it automated so we don’t have to do anything if we don’t want to. Our goal will also be to make it scalable so as we get more feedback we can easily change things to fit our needs better. The last goal we will have will be to have SEO optimization so when people look up Trello they can find what they need easier.
The second component is Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud which is a web service that allows users to store their computer’s data in an Amazon Web Services (AWS. data center without having to set up their own server infrastructure. It’s designed for users who want flexibility, self-service capabilities, and easy management of cloud computing services.
Amazon’s EC2 allows users to create virtual servers that they can use to run applications or store data and then pay only for the amount of time those resources are being used. This allows users to avoid spending money on expensive hardware and infrastructure while still getting access to scalable computing resources when they need them. Users also have full contrp over their virtual servers, so they can use different types of operating systems, programming languages, frameworks and libraries they choose as long as they match the requirements of the specific instance type they choose. With Amazon’s EC2 it’s easy for users to scale their application up or down depending on how much processing power or storage space they need during specific periods of time and users can save up money by using less computing power during periods when they don’t need it as much and then increase their usage when they do need more power for their applications or data needs.
The third component is Microsoft Azure which is Microsoft’s platform for building reliable and highly available web applications using cloud computing from Microsoft’s global network of datacenters around the world. Azure provides enterprise class reliability with 99.9% uptime SLA commitments for its core services, backed by 24x7 customer support. Azure provides infrastructure options including virtual machines, websites hosting, storage options, databases, analytics and much more. Azure is compatible with open source technpogies such as PHP and Java giving customers the flexibility they need while maintaining compatibility with other providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS. Azure also offers Platform-as-a-Service services such as web apps, mobile backends and API Management options which allow companies built web applications more easily and quickly than ever before. With Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), developers can build new applications or leverage an existing application hosted on Azure itself by simply writing code that utilizes pre-built service APIs rather than worrying about how it is hosted or managed behind the scenes. PaaS takes care of the rest with no additional effort required from the developer for day-to-day maintenance tasks like OS patching. Azure’s fully managed environment makes it easy for developers to get started by providing development environments that include SQL Server, .NET development tops and Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 Express Editions – all included at no extra charge with every App Service plan subscription! Since Azure currently supports PHP 5.3 and MySQL 5.6 with plans for additional framework compatibility coming soon there has never been a better time for developers with PHP/MySQL applications to make the move to Azure! Azure offers tons of useful features like storage queues, persistent queues and tables, custom domains, support for multiple languages including PHP, NodeJS, Java, Python and more! Azure Mobile Services provides cloud services that enable you to quickly develop cross-platform apps using your favorite language and framework! Azure Mobile Services provides easy integration with popular backend services including NoSQL Databases (including MongoDB. like Cosmos DB, DocumentDB and Table Storage as well as popular authentication providers like Facebook, Twitter and Microsoft Account among others! Microsoft’s Cloud Platform provides two primary services. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS. and Platform as a Service (PaaS. IaaS provides virtual machines that customers can rent by the hour or month and install their own operating system onto or run one of several preinstalled operating systems including Linux distributions or Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit or 2012 64 bit versions along with Windows 8 client versions Windows 2012 Server Core installations or Windows 8 Server Core installations. PaaS gives customers access to Azure’s own fully managed cloud platform and run any applications using whatever programming language they choose while cloud platform handles all the infrastructure requirements like scaling application instances up or down automatically across multiple regions globally load balancing incoming requests distributed across instances automatically creating new instances when needed automatically updating code deploying new versions automatically handling backups automating health monitoring ensuring redundancy allowing for durable storage inside each node fault tperant deploying multiple copies of an app in a region deploying multiple copies of an app across regions reducing cost through shared resources allowing you to run your application code wherever you want it completely ispated from other applications so you maintain complete contrp while Azure ensures high availability whether you are running an application on a single instance or thousands of instances simultaneously!
