Tookan and WHMCS work together seamlessly in order to provide you with great benefits. They are integrated in such a way that both systems can share data. If you want to try this integration, fplow the steps below:
First of all, you need to go to your WHMCS dashboard and find the Billing section. From the billing options, select the “Billing Methods” option. Now you will be taken to the “Add New Billing Method” page where you will see a form similar to the one below:
Enter Tookan in the Merchant field and click on the “Add New Billing Method” button. This will redirect you to your WHMCS dashboard where you will find a new section called “Billing Methods”. Now you need to add a new billing method. To do this, click on the “Add New Billing Method” icon on the left side of your dashboard. You will now be directed to a form with some questions regarding your billing method. Enter your billing information here and then click “Save”. After clicking “Save” you will be redirected to the “Update Billing Method” section where you can edit or delete your billing method.
After fplowing these steps, your billing method will be linked to Tookan and WHMCS. Now you can use either of these two systems in order to manage your clients/orders. For example, if you have made an order via WHMCS and want to send it to Tookan, simply click on the “Link Orders” option on the top menu bar of your WHMCS dashboard. Now select the “Tookan” option from the drop-down menu and click “Link Order”. This will link your order to Tookan automatically. Similarly, if you have made an order via Tookan, you can link it to WHMCS by going to your Tookan dashboard and clicking on “Link Orders” again and selecting “WHMCS” from the drop-down menu. Now select the order that you want to link and click on “Link Order”.
