With the growing need of business system in the current world, Tookan and Deskpro had been developing its system to be more and more effective. In order to find out how effective their system is, we conducted a survey. We interviewed 40 users of both systems and asked them about their work and experience with Tookan and Deskpro.
As we had seen from the survey that most of the users feel that integration of Tookan and Deskpro was quite helpful and easy to use. We can say that integration between Tookan and Deskpro has brought these two systems closer together by eliminating the need for data conversion. For example, when converting data from one system to another, there will always be some loss of data. However, when the data is shared between the two systems, there is no need for any conversion. Therefore, there is no loss of data and it saves time and efforts for users of both systems. Moreover, we also had seen that integration of Deskpro and Tookan has enabled users to access and edit information in one place. This approach saves time and effort because users do not have to go from one system to another in order to retrieve or edit information.
In general, users say that integration of Tookan and Deskpro provides lots of benefits for users. First of all, it helps users to avoid data loss, thus avoiding the need to retype information into another program. Additionally, it facilitates users in sharing information among different programs in one place. Moreover, it also saves time and effort in retrieving and editing information within a program. Last but not least, integration of Tookan and Deskpro helps users in performing tasks more efficiently because they do not have to switch from one program to another to perform a task.
