It automatically pulls in contact information and social media activity of your employees and customers from various network sources such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. It has a web-based interface and supports desktop clients for Windows and Mac OS X. The CRM has a native mobile app for iOS and Android.

Integration of TickTick and Konnect Insights

Integration between TickTick and Konnect Insights allows you to bring all your project data into your CRM. By integrating the two sputions, you can:

• View the list of your contacts and their social media activity in your CRM dashboard.
• View the list of your projects and their tasks in your CRM dashboard. You can also view reports on projects and tasks here.
• Create tasks from data in your CRM dashboard. This allows you to manage all the relevant tasks from the same place.
• Import contacts from your CRM dashboard into TickTick projects. This creates a list of contacts for each project. You can then assign tasks to these contacts directly from the TickTick dashboard.
• Export project data from TickTick into your CRM, including tasks and contacts. This allows you to take the data out of TickTick and use it in other applications or services.
• Automatically synchronize tasks between your CRM dashboard and TickTick projects. Once you have set up this integration, any updates to tasks in one application will be reflected in the other application automatically. Changes can be made by either users or administrators within each application independently to avoid conflicts.
• Share projects with other users from your CRM dashboard via email or SMS messages. Just select the relevant projects from the list to send them to someone else. These projects will be shared with a link that can be accessed by anyone with a TickTick account. All the relevant project data will also be imported into the user’s account when it is accessed after being sent via email or SMS message.
• Integrate with any third party applications or services using connectors provided by both TickTick and Konnect Insights. Connectors allow users to make instant connections between different services using ready-to-use APIs from vendors such as Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, PayPal, Appy Pie Connect, etc. For example, you can integrate TickTick projects with Amazon Web Services to create a project that displays a live feed of Amazon S3 activity on a ticker tape on a web page created by Amazon CloudFront.
• Create custom fields in both TickTick and Konnect Insights that are used by both applications. This allows users to enter additional information into either application at any time without changing any configurations on either side of the integration. Custom fields are especially useful for describing tasks, contacts or projects more precisely than either application would otherwise allow.
• Integrate the two applications using both REST API calls and JavaScript iframe calls so that they can communicate directly with each other without passing through any intermediary servers. Using both types of integration improves performance of the integrations because only minimal amounts of data need to pass through intermediary servers at any given time during the integrations process. Also, if certain types of integrations fail due to server downtime or some sort of internet connectivity problem, the integrations will still be able to function normally using both types of integration instead of having to wait for an intermediary server to come back online before new calls can be made to it again. This way, users can continue using their applications normally until they are able to access intermediary servers again without significant loss of data or functionality on either side of the integrations process.
• Use an API call provided by Konnect Insights to create a task in your CRM dashboard whenever a task is created new in TickTick or updated in TickTick (e.g., new due date, completion date, etc.. This allows you to create or update tasks directly from TickTick without having to go to Konnect Insights every time you want to create or update a task in your CRM dashboard using TickTick project data instead of just using data about contacts stored in your CRM dashboard by default.
