In this article I am going to discuss the integration of two great companies Textline and Shopify. The integration of these two companies is a great opportunity for both these companies. Textline is a company which provides a platform where the customer can interact with the brand. They have a mobile app as well as a website, they have made it easy for the customers to communicate with the brand. Textline also has a virtual assistant. As a brand owner you can create a conversation with a virtual assistant who will make sure that your customers are satisfied all the time, they will respond to any queries or concerns of customers.

Shopify is an e-commerce platform where you can sell anything online. It is very easy to use and you can start your business with very little investment. Textline can be integrated into Shopify by using their API, this allows users to communicate with Textline via Shopify. You can integrate Textline into your Shopify store by adding “Textline” app on your Shopify store. Once you do that, you can click on “connect” button which will take you to the Textline signup page, there you can choose your plan. You can choose between free or premium plan, the free plan comes with some limitations like no more than 30 messages per month. The premium plan gives you unlimited messages but it costs $99 per month.

Once you have subscribed to Textline, you will get an API key which you need to put in the Textline app settings page on your Shopify store. After putting the API key in the app setting page, you will be able to see “Textline” logo at the top of your screen whenever you are on your Shopify store. Now you are ready to communicate with your customers via Textline! All the conversations will be shown on the text message icon which is at the top of your screen whenever you are on Shopify. You can reply to any messages that come from Textline, people who want to send messages to your store can do that by sending messages directly to Textline’s number.
