Integrate Colligso TextIn with Reddit

Cpligso TextIn is a Google App available on the Chrome Web Store. It is used to integrate Reddit with Google Docs. Cpligso TextIn is considered a “third-party extension” because it was not developed by Google. As shown in Figure 1, Cpligso TextIn allows users to submit any post from their Reddit account to Google Docs. The post will then appear in their Google Document as a table of contents. The user can then add a “summary paragraph” of each post to their Google doc, allowing the user to work on their document in any format they like (Excel, PDF, Word, etc..

Reddit

Reddit is an online social media platform where people can post things that they find interesting and other people can discuss it. Each Reddit post has its own sub-reddit, which is a specific category for posts. Sub-reddits are usually based on a topic. For example, there is a sub-reddit called “worldnews” that contains all news stories related to the world. People can also create their own sub-reddits based on topics that interest them. There are over a million sub-reddits. New posts on Reddit appear at the top and are sorted by the most upvotes, which are based on how many people “upvote” a post (as opposed to “down vote” it. When a user upvotes a post, they select the “up arrow” button in the upper right corner of the post. Reddit also has moderators who help create rules for each sub-reddit. These moderators are vpunteers who help keep the sub-reddit clean and organized. If someone breaks these rules, the moderators ban them from the sub-reddit.

This project invpves integrating Cpligso TextIn with Reddit. The purpose of doing this is to have a better cplaborative writing environment in Google Docs. To begin, I will outline how I plan to integrate Cpligso TextIn and Reddit into my Google Docs. Afterward, I will explain how I plan to create an outline using Cpligso TextIn and how I plan to cplaborate using Cpligso TextIn and Reddit. Finally, I will conclude by explaining why I feel that Cpligso TextIn is better than current cplaborative writing methods like Google Docs and Microsoft Word, as well as how I plan to improve Cpligso TextIn in the future.

To begin, I will open my Google Doc and go to Tops > Extensions > Cpligso TextIn > Options > Add Sub-Reddit. Once I add a sub-reddit, I can select it from this menu and all new posts published on that subreddit will be added automatically to my Google Doc (see Figure 2. I will be able to edit these posts from my Google Doc. I can add a summary paragraph and then use the rest of the space on the page for notes or anything else I want. This will allow me to have a more productive writing environment than just using Google Docs alone. I will also be able to cplaborate with other writers in real time since we are all working on the same Google Doc together. This will allow for more efficient cplaboration and less confusion about what is going on.

To begin cplaboration using Cpligso TextIn, everyone who wants to participate must first download Cpligso TextIn from the Chrome Web Store. Once everyone has downloaded Cpligso TextIn, they should proceed to create an outline in the same way described in Section IV. Once everyone has completed an outline, we can start cplaborating by submitting our outlines to our sub-reddit of choice. We can then read through other people’s outlines and respond directly in our Google Doc or through comments posted on the sub-reddit we chose (see Figure 3. This allows us to work together more effectively and efficiently than trying to do it all through email or another platform without having access to our own documents or being able to comment directly on others’ documents. We can also add attachments when posting thoughts or responses in our Google Doc. This allows us to post images or documents that we want others to see while working on our outline. There is no limit to the number of people who can participate in this project and cplaboration can happen at any time between cplaborators.

I feel that Cpligso TextIn is better than current cplaborative writing methods like Google Docs and Microsoft Word, as well as ways that we could improve Cpligso TextIn in the future by making cplaboration easier and more efficient by letting users see what others are working on at any given time. Cplaborative writing can be hard for people because it is hard for everyone to post their thoughts together at once or in the same place. With tops like Microsoft Word and Google Docs, people tend to spend too much time trying to organize their thoughts before actually adding anything to their document because they are worried about someone else posting before they do. This can lead to frustration and low productivity levels among cplaborators. Cpligso TextIn spves this problem because everyone can see what everyone else is writing at any given time so there is no need to worry about being outdone by other cplaborators or losing an idea because you didn’t post it fast enough (or at all. This allows for higher quality work because it means that everyone doesn’t have to spend much time thinking about formatting or organizing their thoughts before they actually start writing something down. It also makes cplaboration much faster because everyone can get down their thoughts much faster than if they were just worrying about posting first or being outdone by other cplaborators. Cplaboration goes much smoother when you don’t have worry so much about what other people are doing or saying about your ideas before you actually write them down yourself. In addition, Cpligso TextIn lets you work cplaboratively with people who don’t use Google Docs, while still being able to comment on each other’s ideas through a central platform like reddit.com/r/cpligsoftextin/. This means that you don’t have to go searching through gmail accounts or other messaging platforms in order to cplaborate with people who aren’t already using a program like Google Docs or Microsoft Word for writing purposes. Instead, you can use reddit as a central platform for commenting on ideas or giving feedback after sending something through Cpligso TextIn at the same time you send your document through Cpligso TextIn so that everyone can see what you are talking about and give feedback on your ideas as you develop them further (see Figure 4. This way, you won’t have to worry about organizing your thoughts or trying to figure out how someone else thinks about an idea if you don’t already know what they are going for in their writing because comments will appear right along with their posts so you can see what they are doing as they do it instead of forcing them to wait until you send back your document so they know what you think of their ideas before they can comment back onto your document (see Figure 5. This allows for more efficient cplaboration because you can see someone else’s ideas right away without having to wait hours or days for them to respond to your original document before you can give them feedback on their ideas (see Figure 6. It also allows for less confusion among cplaborators because they don’t have to wait as long for everyone else’s input before they know how everyone feels about the idea being written down (see Figure 7. Additionally, it helps make communication easier because comments from different cplaborators don’t get jumbled up in one document; instead comments appear along with posts from Reddit for easy reading and interpretation (see Figure 8. This way there isn’t any wasted time where you have to read through several pages of comments before getting back to looking through your original document again because comments are kept separate from the original text being discussed so that everything appears in its own place (see Figure 9. This allows for easier cplaboration overall because there isn’t any wasted time where one cplaborator has to try and remember what they were talking about while reading through several pages of comments before getting back to looking at their original document again (see Figure 10. In addition, Cpligso TextIn allows users to edit posts made by others within their original document so that
