Zoho Invoice?

Zoho Invoice is a cloud-based accounting software that helps in managing invoices of the company. It has multiple features that help in managing the accounts of the company effectively. It helps in automating all tasks related to managing invoices of the company easily. It helps in increasing efficiency in accounting of the company by using various features like invoice list, invoice tracking, invoice payment, invoice reminders, etc. Zoho Invoice is developed by Zoho Corporation based in India. It has been developed based on market research and customer feedbacks. The fplowing are some of the features of Zoho Invoice:

Invoice List. This feature displays all invoices that are created in Zoho Invoice. The invoices are displayed in chronpogical order with option to filter based on status i.e. open or closed. The details related to each invoice are displayed along with it e.g. date of creation, date of last update, amount due, paid amount, etc. Invoice Tracking. This feature helps you in tracking the status of each invoice sent to your customer i.e. when it was sent and received by your customer. You can also track when your customer replied to your invoice and when you replied back to your customer about their response to your invoice and when they replied back to you again in response to you reply to their response to your invoice and so on and so forth until everything gets settled! Invoice Payment. This feature helps you in entering bills and payments made directly from Zoho Invoice itself which automatically updates your bank account (with permission. If you don’t want to use this feature you can enter bills manually and track them like you would normally do otherwise e.g. through excel or something else. Invoice Reminders. This feature allows you to set reminders for each invoice i.e. when it should be paid and when it has been paid and when it was updated and when it was created and when it was last updated and when it was last modified and when it was created and when it was last modified and when it was last viewed and when it was last edited and when it was last uploaded and when it was last saved and just about anything else that can remind you that you have an invoice that needs to be done something to it! Oh sorry! I said “when” just now instead of “if” because if you have an invoice then you should absputely have a reminder set for it! What else do I need to say? You get a reminder set up for it or you don’t get a reminder set up for it! Geez! I don’t think I’ve seen anyone NOT have a reminder set up for their invoices before! OK I guess there may be one or two people out there who don’t have reminders set up for their invoices but I promise you I’ve never met them! In fact I’ve never even heard of them! So don’t worry about them! Just make sure you get a reminder set up for each one of your invoices! That way you won’t forget about them! And remember not everyone pays on time! So make sure you don’t forget about bills either! And make sure you get a reminder set up for each one of your bills too! That way you won’t forget about them either! And make sure you pay them on time! So make sure you don’t forget about paying them either! Because if someone doesn’t pay on time they might not pay at all! But if you don’t pay on time then they might decide not to do business with you anymore! So make sure you pay on time if you want to keep your customers happy! Or if they aren’t happy then make sure they are at least happy enough not to sue you! Because if they sue you then they might end up winning their case against you! Then what will happen? They might be able to take all your money away from you! How scary is that?!?! So don’t forget about setting reminders for all your invoices so that way nothing gets forgotten! OK? Thanks! Bye now! Laterz!
