There are also discounts available depending on the number of users that you need the software for. If you only need it for yourself or for one person there is no charge. For two people it is $200 per month or $30 per person per month. You can also get a 20% discount if you pay annually instead of monthly. The discount is based on any additional user beyond two users. If you need three users, the cost per month would be $300 or $100 per user per month. If you need ten users then your cost per month would be $500 or $50 per user per month. Since each user requires their own personal login, extra users will not share login credentials with each other.

HubSpot CRM is not free but it does have some free resources available. You can receive one free trial for ten days when you sign up for the basic version of the software. The free trial gives you access to most of the basic functions of the software including analytics, email marketing, lead management, marketing automation, reporting tops, social media marketing tops, landing pages tops, content marketing tops, etc. You are allowed to use the software for ten days regardless of whether you are using it for commercial or non-commercial purposes. However, if you are actually using it for commercial purposes i.e., you are actually marketing your business on social media networks and creating ads and landing pages and performing sales and conversion tracking and generating leads and sending out emails and making phone calls and dealing with customer support and managing your inventory and cplecting payments and creating proposals and quotes and sending invoices then after your ten day trial period ends you will need to purchase a license fee for $200 per month if you want to continue using it after your ten day free trial period expires.

If you would like to purchase a license for the software there is an additional seven day trial period but after that time frame expires you will need to make payments for the software once again whether you need it or not. If you decide that the software is not right for your business and decide not to purchase a license then all you have done is waste your time because during your seven day trial period you will not be able to export anything that you have created in order to use in another system — such as another marketing automation system — because all of your data will be lost when your seven day trial period ends if you do not purchase a license for HubSpot CRM at that time.

If you decide to purchase a license for HubSpot CRM then when your seven day trial period has ended when your free fourteen day trial period expires when your free twenty day trial period expires when your free fifty day trial period expires then you can continue using the software without paying for it until December 24th of that same year. If you want to keep using it past that date then you will need to pay a monthly license fee whether you want it or not because by January 1st of the fplowing year your subscription will automatically renew itself if you did not cancel it before December 24th of the previous year. In order to avoid getting charged for this automatic renewal all you have to do is go to https://app.hubspot.com/Account/Subscriptions/CancelAccount before December 24th of that year and then after that date just wait until January 1st of that fplowing year to see if they will send you an invoice by email or text message or whatever means they have available for contacting their customers before making any payments whatsoever. Again though if you do not go onto this website before December 24th of that year then by January 1st of the fplowing year they will take out their full amount from your account regardless so be sure not to miss this deadline or else you will have to wait until July 1st of next year before they start taking payments from your bank account again so be sure not to miss this deadline either!
