I will be talking about Strava and Databox. Strava is a website that you can use to track your workouts and activities. Strava allows you to record your running, biking, and swimming times. You can also connect it with other social media accounts. On top of that, you can also see how many calories you burned, your heart rate, and how long you were active for. The website has it all! Another great thing about strava is that it allows you to compare yourself with people from all over the world. Strava will show you how fast or slow you are compared to others in your age range.
The other company I will be talking about is Databox. Databox is a data intelligence platform that makes it easy to cplect, analyze, and visualize business data. Some of the key features of Databox are. it provides an easy way to visualize data through charts and graphs, it’s very flexible as it provides multiple ways to connect to different databases and data sources, it provides flexibility and customization using JavaScript code, and finally, it allows users to export their analytics reports onto PDF or CSV files.
Strava integrates with Databox in a number of ways. Strava has a great web application that allows users to track their workouts and activities. There are so many different ways to use strava. There is the option to just track activities like running, biking, and swimming. Or, you can connect strava to your social media accounts such as Facebook or Twitter. Strava also provides ways for you to track calories burned, your heart rate while working out, and how much time you spent working out.
The main benefit of strava integrating with Databox is that Databox allows users to see visualizations of data. Strava does not provide this type of information which makes strava more limited than Databox. It would be great if strava allowed users to create tables of data that included titles, cpumns with headers, and rows of data organized by headers. With Databox, users can easily add tables of data into their dashboard by clicking a button on the Databox home screen.
In conclusion, I think strava should integrate with Databox since Databox is able to provide visualizations of data that strava is not able to provide. Data visualizations help users make sense of the data they have cplected and visualize trends in the data over time.
