Through the integration, Square will be able to offer merchants an easy way to capture their contact information without needing to download separate apps. In conclusion, I believe that an integration between these two businesses will be beneficial because it will expand their portfpios by offering more products to their current customers. The integration of these products will also help increase user engagement by making the process of signing up easier for customers who already use these apps for other reasons. However, I do not think that this integration will be very useful for customers who already use both of these programs because they might not need to pay for separate apps when they can use one program that offers both services.
