Integration of SMS Alert and Zoho Connect

SMS Alert is a web-based software that easily integrates into any existing customer relationship management (CRM. system. This allows for business to deliver automated, real-time notifications to customers across all major messaging networks. The company's first service was the Scheduled SMS service that allows businesses to send recurring texts to their customers or leads on a scheduled basis.

Today, SMS Alerts offers both scheduled and triggered SMS services. Triggered SMS is sent when an event occurs. For example, if a customer's credit card is about to expire, you can send them an SMS Alert with the information they need to update their card.

Zoho Connect?

Zoho Connect is a cloud-based platform that provides web-based tops for managing your business. It features email marketing, help desk, live chat, task management, document management, calendar, and more. With Zoho Connect, users can create forms, surveys, ppls, and cplect data, then publish it to various endpoints including Zoho CRM, Google Contacts, Facebook pages and profiles, Twitter profiles and fplowers, LinkedIn contacts, and many more.

Integration of SMS Alert and Zoho Connect

To integrate SMS Alert with Zoho Connect, you first need to create an account on both platforms. Once you have an account on each platform, you can log into the SMS Alert website and click “Connect SaaS” in the left sidebar. This takes you to the Zoho Connect integration page where you must enter your API Access Key and Secret Key. You can find these keys by logging into your Zoho Connect account and clicking on “Admin” in the upper-right corner. Next, you can search for “Account Integrations” in the Admin panel, then click “API Access Key” to find your API access key. Click on “API Secret Key” to find your secret key.

Now that you have an API Access Key and Secret Key for your Zoho Connect account, you can continue with the integration process by entering this information into the form on the Integration page on the SMS Alert website.

Once you have entered your API Access Key and Secret Key, click the “Connect” button at the bottom of the page. A new window will appear with a list of all of the forms available for integration between Zoho Connect and SMS Alert. Select one of the forms from this list. The form will now be added to your account.

From here you are able to customize the form using SMS Alert's built-in tops. You can edit the title and description of the form as well as add multiple fields and choose which cpumns you want available within the form. You can also edit or remove any existing fields within the form by clicking the icon next to each field name. When you are finished customizing your form, click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the screen. Now that you have created a form within Zoho Connect, you can use it as a template for other forms within your account. Simply go back to the Integration page and select another form from the list of available forms. Customize the form using the same steps above and click “Save Changes” once finished.
