Like Smartsheet, I need to describe what Tookan is before I can tell you how it helps Smartsheet. Tookan is a task management app with AI(Artificial Intelligence. that helps user to combine multiple tasks into a single task and then assign it to a particular user or group of users. It integrates with Slack, Hubot, Zapier, Slack and other apps. It also provides a simple time tracking feature for billing work done on a project. It can be used by small teams or individuals working from home.
In this section, I will explain how Smartsheet and Tookan integrate together to help users manage their projects better. In addition, I will also talk about the benefits of integration of Smartsheet and Tookan.
Tookan makes it easier for users to create tasks in Smartsheet. There are two ways to create a task in Smartsheet. First, you can use a template. Second, you can create a task from scratch. When you create a task from scratch, you need to enter all the information needed for a task such as its name, due date, etc. After creating a task from scratch, there is an option to add steps to the task which you can do if you think that the task requires more than one step. In addition, you can add tasks from other apps such as Excel and Google Drive in Smartsheet. However, when you add tasks from other apps in Smartsheet, you need to specify the type of the app and the fpder that hpds the file(s. in the app that you want to add in Smartsheet. This process can be quite complicated because not all apps have the same types of files and they are stored in different fpders in each app. Thus, using Tookan would be much easier for creating tasks in Smartsheet because it allows users to add tasks in Smartsheet by specifying the project number instead of choosing an app and a fpder inside the app. Therefore, if you want to add a task in your project, all you need to do is to point Tookan at your project and give it a name and due date and then it automatically populates into your project’s task list in Smartsheet (See Appendix A for details. This integration between Smartsheet and Tookan allows users to save time and effort when creating tasks in Smartsheet compared to using only Smartsheet.
Tookan provides many benefits for users who use it in combination with Smartsheet. First, it allows users to create tasks quickly in Smartsheet without having to create them manually.
