  • Shopify is a business that was established in 2004 in Ottawa, Canada. The company is based on an ecommerce platform that allows users to start a business on the internet with ease. This software is known as the Shopify platform. In addition, Shopify has over 500,000 merchants worldwide and more than 175,000 are located in the US (“Shopify, Inc.”. The Shopify platform is available in two different versions. The first type of platform is free and it includes necessary features such as creating a store, adding products, managing multiple stores, etc. The second type of platform is called the Shopify plus and it is paid. This type of platform allows users to use advanced features such as a point-of-sale system, dynamic discounting, price optimization, fraud protection, etc.

    On the other hand, Office 365 is a software developed by Microsoft. It is based on cloud computing services that allow individuals or businesses to access their data from any device (“Office 365”. In addition, Office 365 has three different plans that each have different features. For example, the Standard plan provides businesses with email, calendar, video conferencing, and storage options. On the other hand, the Professional plan has all of the features from the Standard plan but it also has access to Skype for Business and SkyDrive Pro.
