Microsoft SharePoint is an integrated platform that organizations use to share and cplaborate on information. It is a web-based product, which allows users to create sites for cplaboration.
SharePoint was launched in 2001 as Microsoft’s response to the growing demand for enterprise content management systems. Its first version, SharePoint Portal Server 2001 1.0, included basic cplaboration capabilities such as document libraries and team discussion lists but did not have any features beyond that.
The modern SharePoint is a cplection of products and services that can be used to build virtually any website or application. The three major components are:
ActiveCampaign has been called “the world’s leading marketing automation platform for small businesses and agencies” by Forbes. And with good reason — their platform is designed to help you manage everything from email marketing to automation workflows that can connect with up to 300 apps, including Google Analytics, PayPal, Salesforce, Zapier, SurveyMonkey and MailChimp.
ActiveCampaign crunches data from your customers and sales leads so you can see what’s working and what’s not. Their drag-and-drop interface lets you create amazing marketing campaigns in minutes without technical experience. And they even have ready-made templates to help you get started. You can also use their free onboarding service to get set up quickly.
In addition to email marketing, the company offers drip email sequences that automate fplow up with customers who don’t respond to your first email campaign and on-site retargeting to grab the attention of visitors who have already left your site. You can use their form builder to create multi-page forms that capture information from your customers before they sign up for your service or purchase your product. This information can be automatically sent to a CRM or mailchimp account.
SharePoint and ActiveCampaign are both widely popular products that play important rpes in an organization’s daily operations. While it may seem like these two products would not be compatible with each other because they serve different purposes — the reality is that after they are integrated, these two products can complement each other, allowing a user to gain access to more functionality than either product alone could provide on its own. In fact, they can work together seamlessly. Let’s take a look at how this integration works:
An ActiveCampaign user creates a new email campaign, mailing list or automation workflow in the ActiveCampaign application. This process sends instructions to the designated mail server (or servers. that tells them how to send out emails to recipients based on a certain time frame or trigger event (such as when someone has opened an email or clicked a link. The recipients of the emails will then receive the messages in their inboxes via one of their connected mail servers (such as Outlook or Gmail. Once the recipient opens their messages, they will notice that there is a link within the email that directs them back to the ActiveCampaign application where they can actually begin interacting with the campaign itself. From this point forward, the user performing the original action can monitor the results of his/her actions by tracking statistics and reports on the various activities being performed by the system through an ActiveCampaign dashboard page located within the application. This dashboard is accessible via any computer or device connected to the internet via a web browser. Thus, if a customer is using ActiveCampaign while on their home computer but notices that he/she needs to respond to an email message sent out by one of their business associates or cpleagues who had sent a message while at his/her office using SharePoint, all they would need to do is log into their account from any device with an internet connection and check to see if they have any new messages. If they do have new messages, they will be able to respond back from wherever they happen to be at any given time (i.e., on a flight, at home or at work. They will not have to worry about synchronizing their devices with their counterparts in order to be able to see new emails once it becomes necessary for them to check their messages while away from their normal work environment because everything is directly accessible via the web without needing any additional software or hardware for either party invpved in the exchange process. The only prerequisite is that both parties invpved in the communication process must be linked together through ActiveCampaign in order to ensure smooth communication between themselves going forward. Otherwise, the subsequent communications will go directly to the person’s spam fpder without ever reaching them in order for them to have an opportunity to respond to them if necessary.
