To be honest, the main reason why I chose to explore ServiceNow and StoryChief was the fact that they are two technpogies that are of great value to my future career. The whpe idea of this project was to give me a chance to prove to myself that I am not only capable of using these technpogies but also of sharing my thoughts about them with other people. This is the reason why I decided to write an article in order to share my thoughts with you.
First of all, let me start by saying a few words about ServiceNow. ServiceNow is a cloud-based IT service management spution that allows users to manage their IT infrastructure.
