ServiceNow is a cloud-based service desk product. It is used by small to large businesses to keep track of their various IT systems and its activities.

ServiceNow can be used to manage services, customers, incidents, assets, work orders, contracts, employees, projects, etc. It can be accessed by the users via web browsers as well as mobile devices.
