In this paper, I will discuss the integration of ServiceNow and Monkey Learn. The first thing that I want to discuss is what ServiceNow is. ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform for managing internal services and customer support. It is being used by almost all organizations around the world. This software can be easily integrated with third party applications like Monkey Learn.
Next, I will talk about what is Monkey Learn. It is an artificial intelligence (AI. based machine learning (ML. platform. It is used for various purposes like data classification, text analysis, sentiment analysis, image analysis, and more.
The main objective of this part is to discuss how ServiceNow and Monkey Learn can be integrated and how it will be beneficial for both the companies and the customers.
We will begin by discussing how we can integrate ServiceNow and Monkey Learn. The integration process is easy and it does not require any coding knowledge. All you need to do is go to ServiceNow and select the Monkey Learn integration option. It will ask you for your Monkey Learn username and password and then it will create a service now work order for you. You just need to provide the name of the service now work order and then you will be able to integrate Monkey Learn with the service now work order. After integrating with the service now work order, you can use it in any process and event with no additional coding required.
The integration of ServiceNow and Monkey Learn will help the customers as well as the organization. Customer’s satisfaction will increase as they will get their queries spved faster.
