In 2011 they began to expand their business and they created the Xero platform which enables online accounting.
Xero is a cloud accounting software that is used by SME’s (Small Medium Enterprise. for their accounting purposes. It is used for invoicing and bookkeeping. It also has a mobile app that can be used for accounting on the go.
Sendinblue have created an integration with Xero to make it easier for small businesses to manage their finances.
This integration includes a feature called PDF invoice which will automatically create a PDF version of an invoice in real time. This PDF invoice will be sent directly to the customer. This is a feature which makes the integration even more useful.
As well as a PDF invoice, there is also the integration with Sendinblue marketing platform. This is a feature that allows you to send out bulk emailing campaigns to customers. This can help you increase your revenue as you will be able to contact a lot of people at once. Also this feature allows you to save time because you will not have to spend hours on an excel sheet to organise your customers list. Instead you can use this feature to organise all of your customers in one place.
There are many benefits of integrating Sendinblue and Xero. One of these benefits is the creation of PDF invoices. These invoices are automatically generated by the Sendinblue software and they are sent straight to the customer. This means that there is no need for manual inputting of invoices, which saves time and money as there is no need to pay someone else to do it. This feature is very useful as it saves time and money, but it also helps build trust between you and your customers as they know that they will always receive an invoice for everything that they buy from you. The second benefit of integrating Sendinblue and Xero is the marketing features that are included in Sendinblue’s software. However this does not mean that you will have to completely stop sending invoices manually. As you may still want some of your customers to have their own personalised invoice, which would not be possible if there was an integration with the Sendinblue software because they would all be PDF invoices instead. There are many other benefits of integrating Sendinblue and Xero, but these are the main benefits that I thought of when considering this topic. I think that this topic should definitely be written about as I think it will be useful for many people reading this article. One way that I could write this article could be to compare the benefits of integrating Sendinblue and Xero with only one benefit of using two different software’s for invoicing and marketing. However I think it would be better if I wrote about the benefits on both sides as then I would be giving an unbiased opinion on the topic. When writing this article I think I should focus on the integration of Xero and Sendinblue rather than just focusing on Sendinblue as it is only a small part of this whpe software package. To conclude, I think that we should definitely continue using two different software packages for invoicing and marketing rather than just one integrated package as this would not allow us to benefit from any extra features that might not be included in all of the integrated packages.
