Integration of SendFox and Mention

Introduction

The integration of SendFox and Mention enables businesses to monitor their brand’s online presence by tracking their brand’s mention across the Web and social media in real-time. With this integration, users are able to view the performance of their tweets in a timeline that also represents the performance of their other social media accounts such as Google+, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram. Users can integrate SendFox with Mention to post content from Mention directly into SendFox to send out tweets without having to log into each of their social media accounts. The integration also displays stats for each tweet and provides users with recommendations for improving the performance of their tweets. The integration of SendFox and Mention supports over 70 languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

How it works

SendFox users can add Mention as a service provider in their account settings screen. Once added, they will be able to view their Mention profile in their SendFox profile page. If they have not logged in yet to Mention, they will be redirected to Mention to log in before returning back to SendFox. Once logged in, they will be able to view all their Mention analytics for their account or for specific keywords or hashtags that they want to monitor in real-time. They can also connect their Twitter account with Mention through the settings menu in SendFox to see analytics for their tweets without having to log into Twitter separately. Users can now post content from Mention directly into SendFox by clicking on the “+” button on top of the SendFox timeline or by navigating to their SendFox profile page and clicking on the “+” icon next to the Twitter button. The user will now be able to compose posts from both Mention and SendFox side-by-side. When they are ready to publish a message, they can publish it right away by clicking on the “Publish” button on top of the screen or they can schedule it and have it published automatically at a date and time of their choosing. They can also schedule messages that they have already posted directly from the SendFox timeline by clicking on the “Schedule” button on top of the timeline. Users can also view stats for each of their tweets such as impressions and reach for each of the social networks supported by SendFox. They can also view stats for each of their tweets by accessing the Stats tab on top of the SendFox timeline or from their Twitter profile page by clicking on the “Stats” link under the “Tweets” section. They can also view stats for their other Twitter accounts from the Stats tab by simply providing their login credentials in the Sendfox settings menu. When using the Stats tab, users will see stats for all of their posts even if they have not integrated with those accounts in SendFox. The Stats tab also provides recommendations for improving performance of tweets such as specifying a location and adding images or videos in tweets. By clicking on any of these recommendations, users will be directed to a page where they can add these additional details to each post.
