Integration of SendFox and Deskpro


SendFox is a mail-merge application that allows users to merge data files into emails. Users can integrate their contact lists, leads, and other information into emails for fplow-up with customers. They can also sign up for the service to create lists that they can then use to create emails. SendFox has an email template builder that helps them create the perfect prewritten emails that they can send to their customers. The template builder is entirely customizable, allowing users to make changes to suit their needs. They can also track who opens their emails with SendFox, making it easier to know what types of content are popular with their target audience. SendFox allows users to schedule emails, which can help them streamline their outreach process. It also saves time by allowing automated email campaigns that are sent on a schedule. SendFox also allows users to track responses to their emails, giving them more information about how they can improve their outreach strategy.


Deskpro is a CRM system that provides companies with essential tops for managing their day-to-day operations. Users can manage their contacts, leads, opportunities, accounts, calendar events, tasks, and notes. Deskpro has mobile apps for Android and iOS devices so users can access their data from anywhere. They can sync Deskpro with other applications using the Appy Pie Connect app or through built-in integrations with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Trello, Salesforce, Facebook, Slack, Twitter, and more. Users can use Deskpro to set reminders for their tasks and appointments so they never miss an important deadline. They can also use Deskpro to automatically pull in data from other applications such as Salesforce and Mailchimp. They can send emails directly from within the application and track the responses they receive through Deskpro. This makes it easier to manage relationships with current customers and to connect with new customers.

Integration of SendFox and Deskpro

SendFox and Deskpro do not currently integrate together. However, developers can use Appy Pie Connect to connect them and make it easy to start sending emails from within the Deskpro interface:

  • Create a Appy Pie Connect account and connect it to both SendFox and Deskpro.
  • Create a new Connect and select the first step. Deskpro Email > Choose Email Template > New Template.
  • Select the SendFox connection and enter your account information. Select all options under "Choose Fields" and then select the Add Field button next to each field that you would like to include in your Connect. When finished, click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
  • Select the second step. SendFox > Pick a list > Choose List > Check all boxes > Save Changes.
  • Select the third step. Deskpro Email > Choose Email Template > New Template > Select your template > Save Changes at the bottom of page. You will now see a new email template in your templates page in Deskpro that was created from SendFox's fields that you added to the Appy Pie Connect integration. You may use this template as needed when sending emails from Deskpro.
