Webex meetings are now the default meeting experience in the Salesforce platform. Salesforce and Webex aim to bring together all the tops needed for a successful sales team.[3]
Integrating Salesforce and Webex allows for a seamless transition for users from one platform to another. The fplowing benefits have been seen since the integration of these platforms:
Stronger security capabilities through the integration of high-level encryption for data between the two systems. Users can see their clients’ information within the Salesforce platform and on the Webex conference screen. Full integration into Salesforce has allowed for the removal of unnecessary steps in the sign-in process.
