    In case you want to create an outbound call from Quick Base but want to route it through the RingCentral app instead of the main number, you can do so by choosing the RingCentral option from Quick Base’s caller ID drop-down menu. You can also choose to send your calls through the Main Number or the RingCentral extension. When you choose either of these options, you will be able to view your contacts directly from Quick Base before you make a call.

    If you choose to use RingCentral as your main number, then at any time you can change your default number inside Quick Base by choosing the Change Number option from inside the RingCentral section. You can also choose to remove the entry completely by tapping on the Remove button. If you choose to remove the entry of a specific extension from within Quick Base, then RingCentral will automatically remove it when you sign in into your account on their website.
