Thesis. Reddit is a site that allows users to procure information on current events, entertainment, ppitics, science, technpogy, and the like. ClickSend SMS is an application that allows users to send SMS messages from their mobile devices. The two applications are integrated so that users of the two applications can share information more effectively.

• Reddit?

Reddit is a user-generated social news site that was created by Steve Huffman and Alexis Ohanian in 2005. It allows its users to submit links to content on the internet. Other users are able to vote on the links that are submitted by the user. Some votes are weighted more than others. The idea behind this system is to give users submissions with quality content more room for exposure. The voting system is also used to distinguish the best links among the rest. After certain number of votes, the link will be moved up or down in rankings, thus making it easier for viewers to find the best content the site has to offer (“About Reddit”.

ClickSend SMS is an application that allows users to send SMS messages from their mobile devices. Users can also use the application to send updates to friends about their location, as well as share photos and videos. As previously stated, Reddit is a user-generated site where people submit links that they think other people would want to see on their feed. ClickSend SMS is a mobile application that allows users to connect with others via text messaging. Both websites have millions of users every month, and these two platforms can be integrated with each other to allow users to share information more easily. For example, a Reddit user sends a link at a certain time from his or her mobile device using ClickSend SMS. Another Reddit user sees this link on his feed and decides to click on it. He or she would then be directed to the original Reddit page where he or she can view the content of the link as well as comment on it as desired (Figure 1.

The major benefit of integrating Reddit and ClickSend SMS is that it will allow users to share information more easily. This is because it does not require a lot of effort from a user to share a link from his or her mobile device. A user simply needs to send a text message from his or her phone using ClickSend SMS and wait for someone else to click on it from the website. This makes sharing of information between users of both applications very convenient and fast. In addition, there is no longer a need for users to type long links into their browsers when they want to access another site; instead, they only need to click on a link sent via text message. There is also less paper waste as a result of this integration since content can now be shared electronically rather than having to print them out (e.g., magazines and newspapers.

In conclusion, integration of Reddit and ClickSend SMS will make sharing information faster and easier for those who use either platform or both platforms. However, there are possible downsides to such integration as well as security issues that may come as a result of such integration (e.g., security breach. Future research may focus on how these problems can be respved with further development of both applications.
