  • QuickBooks Online (QBO. is a web-based accounting and financial management service. Customers can access their accounts online from anywhere at any time to get real-time information. Users can also create invoices, track expenses, and get reminders of upcoming payments and create budgets. It integrates with numerous other services such as Paypal, Google Wallet, and Amazon Payments.

    QBO also provides users with an option to connect their bank accounts and credit cards to the system and it will automatically categorize all the transactions and update the account balance accordingly. Users can also use QBO to pay their bills and invoices. Bills and invoices can be viewed and paid through the app using the integrated bank account. Users can set up recurring payments for bills they have to pay regularly. They can also create reminders for bills that are due in the next few days or weeks or months. Users can also create reminders or alerts for specific amounts of money that they have to pay in the future.

  • Alegra is a mobile point of sale app launched by Intuit Inc. Customers can download this app from the Apple Store or Android Play Store. This app lets users accept payments using credit card, debit card, gift card, EBT, etc. It also allows users to run reports on their transactions. It is integrated with QuickBooks Online. Users can enter payment details into Alegra app and it will automatically appear in their QBO account. This integration between Alegra and QBO will enable users to enter payment details into Alegra app directly from QBO dashboard without having to switch back and forth between the two apps. The transaction details will be visible in both Alegra and QBO simultaneously. The transaction will appear in both Alegra app and QBO within minutes of the actual transaction taking place.
