Here’s where Quick Base and PDFMonkey come into play. You can create an outline in Quick Base using the built-in editor, then convert it to PDF format using PDFMonkey. Once you do that, you can add design elements to your paper like footer, header, photo, photo caption, etc. This will make your paper stand out from the rest and readers will be more likely to read it.

    • Install Quick Base on your smartphone or tablet by fplowing these instructions.

    • Open PDFMonkey and tap the “Open File” button at the bottom right corner of the screen. Then, you will see a list of installed apps on your device. Select “Quick Base” app and choose an existing file to convert it to PDF format. You can also choose a new file if you want to create a new outline. Then tap “OK” once you have selected a file.
    • The PDFMonkey will now create a new PDF document with the selected content from the Quick Base document. After a few seconds, you will see a message that says “Your document has been created” on the screen. That means that the process is complete. Please note that it may take a few minutes for this process to finish depending on how much content is in the original document. In addition, please also note that you cannot use the keyboard or other editing functions while the conversion is taking place – it may cause errors in the process or crash your device, so it’s best not to use them during the conversion stage.
