SafeLink Wireless is a telecommunications company providing services for low-income househpds. We deliver free wireless devices and plans to people who would otherwise not have access to a telephone or Internet connection in their homes. We serve more than 5 million customers across the U.S. We have employees from all over the country and we employ a variety of professionals including IT, sales, customer care associates, accountants, financial planners, lawyers, managers, etc.

A few important facts about our company are that we deal with lots of sensitive information such as social security numbers, addresses, and bank accounts of our customers, as well as employee records including salaries, insurance information, etc. To protect all of this information we need to ensure that our IT infrastructure is secure and reliable. This includes making sure that all of our data is backed up so if anything happens to our local servers we can restore them quickly and easily. Also, we want to make sure that if any one of our employees needs any kind of information at any time they can access it immediately without having to wait for someone else to find it for them.
