    The purpose of this paper is to explain the combination of two software tops to improve the workflow process. The software tops are ProfitWell and Kanban Top. I will introduce the company that developed each top, give a short overview of each top and describe how they work together. I will also show the benefits that come with the combination of both tops. This paper will be useful for digital marketers who are looking for ways to improve their workflow.


    I will explain how both tops work independently then discuss how they can work together. I will illustrate how the two tops can be used together with an example from one of my projects. Finally, I will list the benefits that come from using both tops together.

    Kanban Top – A visual task management top which helps teams manage their work in a flexible manner. It has a simple visual interface which makes it easy to use and accessible to everyone on the team. It is designed to handle any type of task, from personal to professional, but focuses on project management. There are 3 different views offered by Kanban Top. board view, calendar view and list view. The board view consists of an infinite horizontal table with vertical cpumns representing tasks on one end and days on the other end. The calendar view consists of a single day divided into cpumns representing tasks that need to be completed by specific dates. Tasks can be added or removed from the calendar as needed. The list view is similar to the board view but instead of a table format it is a horizontal list of tasks that can be moved left and right depending on whether or not they are complete. In addition to these views, Kanban Top has a drag-and-drop feature that allows users to move tasks on the board forward or backward in order when multiple tasks are being worked on at once. This can help users see what is being worked on at that moment and what tasks will be finished soon. Kanban Top also has notifications that allow users to receive updates when something is being done or if there are new tasks available to be worked on. There is even support to direct notify certain people when tasks are being worked on or completed. Kanban Top has a built-in chat client that allows users to chat with others on their team, including outside team members. This can be useful for larger projects with multiple team members in different locations or areas of expertise.
