Integration of Pipedrive and monday.com

This is how we integrate our tops (Pipedrive and monday.com. into one business workflow. In short, we use Pipedrive to make a list of all our prospects and opportunities in one place. Then we use monday.com to plan our day from that master list of items. Each day’s plan is based on the number of hours we have for an entire week (usually between 40 and 60 hours. We divide each week into 5 days and then organize everything into one day at a time in our daily plan. The last thing we do in Monday is review our weekly plan, so that we know what we’d like to be working on during the week. This way we can make sure that we hit all of our targets from the beginning until the end of the week.

Benefits of Integration of Pipedrive and monday.com

Pipedrive allows us to easily share our deals with others in the team who might not be invpved in the deal directly but need to know about it for other reasons. For example, if a prospect is very important for our future goals, but they are not ready to buy just yet, we might want to keep them on hpd for now. But other team members who are not invpved in this particular deal can still see what is going on with this particular person or company. This way, everyone has access to the same information and no surprises happen later down the road when someone else needs that information but wasn’t aware of it before. Also, with Pipedrive, there are no email attachments needed anymore, which reduces all kinds of problems caused by sending emails with documents included in them that open separately. Instead, all files are automatically attached to the relevant items in Pipedrive without any extra work needed by anyone on our team. This saves us a lot of time and money because we don’t have to waste it on fixing those types of problems anymore.
