In addition to offering local currency availability, Paypal also accepts credit card payments from customers who live outside of its service area while Woodpecker.co does not accept credit card payments from customers unless they are making purchases from stores inside North America although they are still able to pay using debit card or bank account information stored on their Woodpecker.co app regardless of where they live or what currency they use at home or abroad.
If Paypal and Woodpecker do decide to merge, there are several things that they should do during the integration process, including making sure both companies have equal access to each other’s customer base so that neither company is at a disadvantage during this process due to lack of access to the other company’s customer base, opening up the new merged platform for use worldwide so that everyone can take advantage of this new platform regardless of where they live, creating a platform that allows mobile payments from either company through the new merged platform so that customers can pay using mobile devices no matter which company they use, enabling customer support for both companies so that customers have access to help no matter which company they choose, and creating incentives for customers on both platforms to switch over to this new system so that they don’t lose any customers during this transition process due to lack of incentives for switching over to this new platform when it becomes available for use by customers around the world instead of just those who live in North America where both companies currently operate today.
