Integration of PagerDuty and PDFMonkey

In order to integrate PagerDuty and PDFMonkey, a user will need to go to both applications and register a new account with the same email address. The user will need to enter their first and last name, their primary phone number, and an alternate phone number. The user will then have to enter a password for their account and select a username. After clicking create, the user will be directed back to both applications. In PagerDuty, the user will now be asked if they want to integrate their accounts from PDFMonkey into their current PagerDuty account. If the user clicks yes, the user will now have the option of saving PDF files directly into PagerDuty. When the user saves a PDF file, it will automatically be added to their PagerDuty account and saved under the project that file belongs to. The user can also click on the drop down menu and click on “My Files” and see all of the files that they have saved into their account inside of PagerDuty. When saving PDF files into PagerDuty, there are four options that users can choose from:

Save as Attachment – this will save the document as an attachment in your email

This is a file – this will save the document as a file in your email

Save as Reference – this will save the document as a reference in your email

Save as File – this will save the document as a file in your account inside of PagerDuty
