Integration of Paddle and Zoho Connect

Paddle is a social networking platform for online payments, which enables businesses to receive money from their customers online. It allows you to accept payments from a wide range of payments methods including credit and debit cards, ACH, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Wallet and more. It also allows payments to be received through a number of channels such as website payments, POS, email invoices and mobile apps. Zoho offers a suite of cloud-based business management applications. It provides accounting, CRM, project management, human resource management, cplaboration and communication services. Zoho offers free subscription for small companies. Integration of Paddle and Zoho Connect allows Paddle users to manage their accounts in Zoho Connect by integrating data between two systems.

The integration of Paddle and Zoho Connect allows users to set up an invoice in Paddle to create a task in Zoho. This created task will have the details of the invoice. Whenever the invoice is paid, the payment is sent to the bank account linked to the Paddle account directly. This integration helps users to manage their accounts in one place without having to log into multiple accounts. It also makes it easier for administration staff to view payments made by customers at one place. To integrate Paddle with Zoho Connect, you need to go to Settings option in Paddle. Then click on “Integration” tab. On the next page, click on “Connect with Zoho Suite” button. You are directed to the Zoho site where you are asked to enter your company name and email address. Once you have entered these details, click on “Connect” button. Paddle provides you with options for connecting with different modules in Zoho Suite including Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Accounts etc. Choose the module that you want to connect with Paddle and enter your account details like company name and email address. Next, you are directed to the Zoho portal where you can select the data fields that you want to import into Paddle from Zoho Connect. Select the fields that you want to import into Paddle and click “Next” button. The next page shows you the data that is about to be imported into Paddle account. Here you can review or edit the information before importing it into your account. Once you are satisfied with the information, click on “Import” button. After clicking on this button, you are directed back to Paddle where you can view the changes that were made in Paddle account after importing data from Zoho Connect account. The integration of Paddle and Zoho Connect also allows users to receive payments through Zoho Connect invoices generated in Zoho Connect web application or mobile app. To do so, you need to first create an invoice in Zoho Connect web application or mobile app. Next, generate an invoice in Paddle by going to Payments section within Settings option and selecting Send Invoice option under Create Invoice option. Enter all details required for creating an invoice and click on “Create Invoice” button. Your generated invoice details are sent directly to the customer’s email address as well as stored in Invoices area within Paddle section within Settings option.
