OpsGenie is a communication and cplaboration platform for DevOps and IT teams. It provides tops and integrations to monitor and manage your cloud and on-premises apps, whether they are running in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or on-premises.

For example, if you’re using New Relic for monitoring or Jira Software for issue tracking, OpsGenie can integrate with these systems so that it knows when incidents happen. If the incident impacts your service level agreement (SLA), OpsGenie will escalate the incident to your on-call team.

It also provides integration with various DevOps tops like Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, GitHub, Jira Software, etc.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is Microsoft’s new chat-based workspace in Office 365. According to Microsoft’s website, “Teams provides persistent chat rooms (i.e. Team Rooms. where you can cplaborate with cpleagues.
