OneNote can connect to Quick Base through an Add-in called Quick Base Connector. This connector allows you to pull data from Quick Base into OneNote and vice versa. You just need to type in a command and the connector would pull up the desired data from Quick Base and show in OneNote accordingly. You would be able to see the data that you pulled up in OneNote under Quick Base heading. You can see what your data looks like in OneNote below:Here I typed “show me my sales leads” in the command box and OneNote pulled up all my sales leads from Quick Base in a table format as shown above. You can also create tables within OneNote itself and then pull the data into that table automatically. You can customize your tables any way you want by changing the cpor of rows or cpumns or cell background etc. You can also export the data back to Quick Base. If you are working with multiple projects in Quick Base, you can create separate notebooks for each of them and then create tabs for different projects in these notebooks.OneNote is perfect for creating project plans because it allows you to create a table format for organizing your plan. Using this feature, you can create a table format in OneNote and then pull the data from it into the tables in the project plan template provided by Quick Base. Some of the templates provided by Quick Base are shown below:
