Let’s start with the introduction. OnceHub?
OnceHub is an expense management software that integrates into your existing Zoho Expense account. OnceHub facilitates the exchange of data between itself and Zoho Expense using APIs (Application Programming Interface. This means the two apps do not share data in any other way than what is described in their interoperability specifications.
OnceHub uses the fplowing APIs:

The transactions to be compared are identified using the Transaction ID (TID. and Date (DT. fields in the receipts uploaded by the user. OnceHub also consumes this API to create new Zoho Expense records for every receipt that has been matched to an existing record.
Zoho Books API. OnceHub can consume this API to create and update financial records in Zoho Books. The transactions in Zoho Books are identified using the Document Type (DT. and Document Number (DN. fields in the receipts uploaded by the user. OnceHub can also use this API to download data from Zoho Books in various formats such as XLS, CSV, and PDF.
Zoho Reports API. OnceHub can consume this API to generate reports from the data stored in Zoho Expense and Zoho Books. The reports can be created in various formats such as XLS, CSV, and PDF.
Zoho Writer API. OnceHub uses this API to create a document from a template provided by a user. The template is a string or a complex JSON object which can be sent via a POST request to OnceHub’s endpoint. OnceHub will process the template and return a populated document in its response. The document returned by OnceHub can then be saved locally or sent to the cloud using another API call.
Zoho Notebook App. OnceHub uses this app to get a template for creating a Todo list from a user. The template is a string or a complex JSON object which can be sent via a POST request to OnceHub’s endpoint. OnceHub will process the template and return a populated Todo list in its response. The Todo list returned by OnceHub can then be saved locally or sent to the cloud using another API call.
Zoho Machine Learning. OnceHub uses this app for generating custom analytics based on the data present in Zoho Expense and Zoho Books.
