Odoo CRM can be integrated with Tookan by using the Odoo Connector plugin. To do this fplow the steps stated below:

Once installed click on ‘Tops’ > ‘Extensions’ > ‘Plugins’ > Select the Odoo Connector plugin > Click on ‘Enable’. This enables the plugin.
Step 2. Create an Odoo CRM module for Tookan. There are two methods to do this:
Method 1. In Odoo go to ‘Top’ > ‘Setup’ > ‘Modules’ > Click on ‘Create Module’ > Enter a Module Name > Click on ‘Create & Run’.
In the Module Configuration page enter the fplowing information:

Tick the boxes next to the modules that you want to link with this module and then click on ‘Link Modules’ button. Here we have selected Sales and Purchase modules – we need these modules for integration with Tookan as we want to create invoices for our customers from these modules also. Uncheck the boxes next to the modules that you do not want to link with this module and then click on ‘Link Modules’ button. Here we have unselected all the boxes – we do not want any other module to be linked with our main module as we just want to integrate Tookan with this module and nothing else. Save your changes and close this window by clicking on ‘Close’ button at the bottom of the page.
Now we have created a new Odoo module called “Tookan” for integration with Tookan. Once it is created we will see two new tabs – one for each of our linked modules Sales and Purchase as shown in the image below:
Method 2. In Tookan go to the Topbox tab and click on ‘Setup’ icon as shown in the image below:
