Nutshell will be integrated into the Service Cloud Conspe which is the main administrative interface for managing all aspects of the platform such as users, licenses and configurations. The Nutshell and Salesforce logos will be displayed in the top left corner of the conspe. There will also be a new menu option called "Nutshell" which will display a list of all available dashboards and reports. The integration will allow users to copy, share, email and print data from Nutshell directly from within Salesforce Service Cloud. It will also allow users to update and schedule reports from within the Salesforce Service Cloud conspe.Salesforce makes it easy for anyone to sell cloud services by providing access to information that helps salespeople win more deals and serve customers at every point in the buyer's journey. By allowing access to Nutshell data directly from within Salesforce Service Cloud, users can generate personalized dashboards that feature the most important metrics that will help them win and serve customers better. This integration will also allow data to be automatically updated so users will always have current information about their customers. It will also make it easier to share important information with cpleagues so everyone on teams can have access to up-to-date information about what matters most to customers.
