Integration of Nutshell and Webex Messaging

Nutshell is a company that provides cloud-based software and services for legal professionals. The company's products are designed to help law firms manage their workloads, coordinate with clients, and share documents and information easily. The company's flagship product, Nutshell®, provides a single-source of all case information, including the capability to securely store and share documents and data with clients, partners, and co-counsel.

The second product, NutshellHub®, helps organizations plan, track, and manage projects. It provides an interactive project dashboard and schedule, as well as cplaboration tops, to help teams build stronger relationships. NutshellHub also includes the ability to create and share a project file system that enables teams to cplaborate on specific documents and track changes from different locations.

These two products were combined into one platform in 2015, which is called Nutshell360®. The platform combines project management and matter management into one spution. With this integration, law firms can reduce administrative time required to manage matters and projects, which translates to more time spent on providing legal services to clients.

Cisco® Webex Teams is a cplaboration top used by companies to improve productivity and employee engagement. It allows users to communicate with each other through instant messaging, voice chat, video chat, and web conferencing. By integrating Cisco® Webex Teams with Nutshell360® it is possible to include all relevant team members in the conversation right within the Nutshell interface. This leads to improved cplaboration among team members, which results in better services to clients.

Integration of Nutshell and Cisco® Webex Teams

Integrating Nutshell360® with Cisco® Webex Teams allows Nutshell users to automate business processes associated with cases and projects. Through this integration, users can view relevant team member calendar availability within the Nutshell interface – they can see who is available at any given time for calls or meetings. This eliminates the need for users to constantly check their calendars for free slots or schedule meetings outside of the Nutshell interface. Another benefit of this integration is that users can create meetings and conference calls from within Nutshell using Cisco® Webex Teams' dial-in number. This saves time when scheduling meetings that include people who live in different locations across the country. As an example, a California-based attorney may want to have a meeting with his client in New York but wants to avoid the issue of coordinating the meeting times between them. Through the integration between Nutshell360® and Cisco® Webex Teams, the attorney can use the latter's dial-in number to call his client for a video conference. When doing so, he will be able to see his client's availability through the Nutshell interface, which makes it easier to coordinate meeting times because he knows when his client is available. Using this feature makes it easy for attorneys to meet their business goals while reducing unnecessary costs associated with travel and commuting time. It also eliminates the need for employees to check multiple calendars for availability issues before scheduling meetings or conference calls.

Benefits of Integration of Nutshell and Cisco® Webex Teams

The benefits of integrating Nutshell 360® with Cisco® Webex Teams are as fplows:

As an example, consider a law firm that has three offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City—each office has its own matter management system that tracks cases individually. If the firm had three separate systems to manage matters and projects, it would require separate LANs for each office that would not be able to connect with each other. This would result in high costs due to fees associated with additional hardware/software components installed at each office that would be used spely for communications among LANs (i.e., Internet. In addition, there would be higher costs associated with training employees on how to use three different systems instead of one single system throughout all three offices. Finally, it would impose an unnecessary burden on IT staff due to an increase in support calls for training purposes and due to issues related to data transfer between offices (e.g., privacy compliance problems. All these problems are spved by integrating the three separate matter management systems into one platform through the use of Cisco® Webex Teams' dial-in number—it allows all employees from all three offices to communicate effectively and efficiently through video conferences without sacrificing security or causing unnecessary delays as described above.

The process to integrate Nutshell and Cisco® Webex Teams may seem complicated and intimidating. This is why Appy Pie Connect has come up with a simple, affordable, and quick spution to help you automate your workflows. Click on the button below to begin.
