I believe this because it was a way for nozbe to become more competitive with other task management software, but also to keep up with changing times. Companies are becoming more mobile, and want more convenience in their lives. Also, I think that managers are becoming more tech savvy and want to be able to interact with their teams without having to constantly look at their email. This integration is allowing teams to be able to communicate quickly and easily, while giving both companies and customers a great user experience.
