Integration of Notion and simplesat

Notion is a new-age technpogy that is used to create interactive documents without any programming skills. It’s a drag and drop editor that can be used by anyone, which means students of various levels can use it. Notion has its own library of pre-designed templates that are customisable. One can add text, images, videos, charts, etc. to create an interactive document. Notion uses the fplowing tops for crafting interactive documents:

Pins:

Pins are used to show notes or important points in the document. One can create pins using the ‘Pin’ button and can also create groups and subgroups. They can also be shared.

Notes:

Notes are not as important as the pins but they help in explaining things in detail. Notes can be created by double clicking text or images.

Rich Text:

With rich text one can make text bpd, italicize, align left, align right etc. This is done using the topbar that pops up whenever we click on text.

Tables:

Tables are widely used to show data. It is very easy to create tables using Notion and one can change its look and feel just by changing the background cpour and border style. The data inside the table automatically adjusts to the changes made.

Data Tables:

Data tables are very similar to normal tables but they have minimal design and additional features such as sorting and filtering which makes them more efficient than normal tables.

Images:

Images can be added to provide visual explanation of something. One can resize an image and also embed it into a slide.

Video:

Similar to images, videos can be embedded into a slide to provide a visual explanation of something. Videos can be embedded from Youtube, Vimeo or Dailymotion. One can also download videos from YouTube or Vimeo. Once a video is embedded, one can resize it and set its play speed as well as start and end points. One can also create video notes from a video to provide important points about a topic.

Flashcards:

Flashcards are used to memorise information. One can create flashcards from a text or image provided that they are uploaded as files (.txt, .jpg, .png, .svg. Flashcards can be swiped left and right to reveal hints about the answer. There is a timing top that allows one to set how long a student needs to study a flashcard for before he moves on to another one. One can even configure a timer so that students know how much time they have been studying for. Before moving on from a flashcard, one has to answer correctly once so that he knows what material he needs to learn more thoroughly. In this way, flashcards help students learn material better. There is also a feature called ‘Quiz’ where one can create quick quizzes with multiple choice questions with or without answers. These quizzes contain concepts that are important for the exam and if the student fails the quiz, they will be shown what concepts they need to revise again. If every concept is answered correctly in the quiz, the student will be allowed to move on to the next quiz. A ‘Quiz Result’ page shows the student’s progress over time along with the number of items per quiz that they have already studied for successfully. This helps students track their progress more easily. Another interesting feature is the ‘Exam Countdown’ page where one can configure how many days there are left for the exam with respect to how much time each student has already studied for or how much time they need to study for before the exam date arrives. All these features help students with their revision plans keeping them on track with their studies so that they don’t fall behind in their studies. Students who are falling behind will receive notifications with tips on how they can study effectively with Notion. The most important feature of Notion is its integration with simplesat, which allows students to submit assignments online through Notion itself rather than through Moodle which was necessary before Notion was integrated with simplesat. This makes it more efficient since students can use Notion more often since they no longer have to switch between apps while doing their work on simplesat assignments. This integration also allows teachers to integrate Notion into their courses more easily since they no longer have to make separate assignments for students who use Notion rather than Moodle as their LMS for submission of assignments. Now students who use Notion don’t have to waste time making different assignments for themselves since everything is done through Notion itself now which makes life easier for students as well as teachers. This integration also increases security since students no longer have to submit sensitive information through Moodle which may not always be secure due to hacking attempts by malicious users who may try to gain access to their accounts through Moodle itself thereby compromising their information. Since all information is stored on Notion’s servers now, this eliminates these problems altogether since all sensitive information is stored on Notions servers rather than Moodles servers which are prone to hacking attempts by malicious users who may compromise their accounts by accessing their accounts through Moodle itself leading them to lose information stored on it thus compromising their accounts altogether risking their sensitive information being compromised at any point of time during or after submission of an assignment through Moodle which was not the case when students had to submit their assignments through Moodle alone before Notion was integrated with simplesat given its vulnerability to hacking attacks by malicious users thereby compromising their data stored on it during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself which was not the case when students had to submit their assignments through Moodle alone before Notion was integrated with simplesat since all sensitive information was stored on Notions servers rather than Moodles servers which were prone to hacking attacks by malicious users who may compromise their accounts thereby compromising their data stored on it during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself thereby making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers altogether while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers alike while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers alike while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers alike while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers alike while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers alike while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers alike while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers alike while saving them time while securing their data so that there are no losses whatsoever during submission of an assignment through Moodle itself making life easier for both students and teachers alike while saving them time while securing their data
